Shipping Policy
At Nuzzily, we keep things simple. Every order is handled with care and sent straight to your door with full tracking included.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected European countries, including Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or freight forwarding services.
Shipping Costs
All orders include free standard shipping. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Order Processing & Delivery
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Total: 4–11 business days from order confirmation
Tracking
Every order is dispatched with tracking included. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible at support@nuzzily.com. Changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please reach out to us at support@nuzzily.com before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Delays
We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, factors outside our control may cause delays, including peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather, or courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 11 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days before getting in touch.
Delivered Orders
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. If you experience any issue, contact our support team and we will do our best to help.
Customs & Import Charges
Some orders may be fulfilled through international partners. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities outside of our control.
